The response from J. Parker Contracting was very quick. They returned my initial phone exploratory phone call within an hour and went out to inspect my roof that same day.
They gave e a reasonable price and had the job completed by the weekend (before it rained again) so that was great.
They were very easy to talk with and I could not ask for things to have gone any smoother.
I am keeping them on my list of people to call when I need a job done.

After the harshness of the last few winter storms, my roof suffered some minor damage which lead to a leak in my dining area.  I knew that we were getting ready to get hit with a second storm two days later.  J Parker came out to patch a crack in my roof before the storm hit.  I couldn't get ANY other provider out there to help us during that time.  I find J Parker to house the human emotions that seem to escape others in his field- empathy.  I believe him to be a good contractor with a soul.

GREAT! From the initial call to set the appointment for the quote, I ended up asking: "do you do this, and this, and this; and the answer with all confidence and professionalism was "yes" so I gave J. Parker Construction to do everything that my houses needed to have done.

Mr. Parker was very professional, polite and explained everything thoroughly. He stated a few issues of what he thought could be causing the problem. I feel he was upfront and honest, I decided to go with cementing the area first and if that didn't work to take the next steps. He stated that if not resolved by cementing the cracks around the foundation that it could be the drain which is holding water, not fully draining.
He was running a little late but called ahead of time to let me know, he sealed the area where it was believed to be leaking and then sealed other areas without any extra charge. Very reasonably priced, job completed quickly and no mess. Unfortunately after this past rain, water came into the basement, I called Mr. Parker, he returned my call promptly said he would reach out to a few plumbers and have them contact me. I would use this provided in the future and recommend this provided.

James did a very thorough job installing the gutter helmet. As a result the gutter no longer leaks even with the heavy rain in early April. Was a little late for the first appoint but he did call and informed me for running behind. Was punctual for the second appointment.
