Mr. Parker was very professional, polite and explained everything thoroughly. He stated a few issues of what he thought could be causing the problem. I feel he was upfront and honest, I decided to go with cementing the area first and if that didn't work to take the next steps. James did a very thorough job installing the gutter helmet. As a result the gutter no longer leaks even with the heavy rain in early April. Was a little late for the first appoint but he did call and informed me for running behind. Was punctual for the second appointment.
